I am so sorry for your loss. There are some scriptures from the Bible that have been of great comfort to me. God's Word gives us the promise that we will see our loved ones again. John 5:28-29 states, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Also, Acts 24:15 states,"There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” The scripture at Psalms 37:29 gives us great hope, stating,"The righteous will possess the earth,And they will live forever on it." I hope that these scriptures have brought you comfort also.

Jeri I am so sorry about your Mom. She was alway such an upbeat person and I Loved being around her. I have had some fun in the past when I lived in Pittsburg with her and Mrs. Trubye. I love you and you will be in my prayers in the days and weeks ahead for the comfort and peace you can only find through the. Word of God.
