Obituary of Earlene Jones

Mrs Earlene Jones passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Pittsburg at the age of 83. She was born September 15, 1931 in Prarie Grove, Arkansas to the late Earl Linwood Cheney and Lillian Brisco. Earlene was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg, had a love for art, and was a Realtor. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Perry & Janet Jones of Pittsburg; 2 grandchildren, Brad Jones of Plano and Buck Jones of Proper; 2 great grandchildren, Braden and Tanner Jones of Proper; 6 siblings, Earl Cheney, Sonoma Davis, Brenda Davis, Jean Carlton, Charlsey McKenna all of Pittsburg, and Dorothy Holder of Spring. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Sam Jones, and siblings. Services for Earlene Jones will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg with burial to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg, Texas. Visitation with the family will be between 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
