Obituary of Joe Wright

Joe Wright, age 63, passed away at his home in Pittsburg, Friday, March 27 surrounded by friends and family. Mr. Wright was born August 20, 1951 in Sullivan, Indiana to Sherman Logan and Cora Isabel Crist Wright. On September 15, 1970 he wed Flossie Fry at the Shiloh Chruch of God in Shelburn, Indiana. Together they would raise two children, Scott and Kimberly. Joe was an avid fisherman, and also a Master Mason (Lodge '588) and a member of the Scottish Rite Shriners. He was also active with the Sons of the American Legion. Joe is survived by his wife of 44 years, Flossie Colleen Wright; son Scott David Wright and wife Jane Ann, of Pimento, Indiana; daughter Kimberly J. Wright, of Pittsburg; grandchildren Ryan Scott Wright and Logan Marcus Chastain; and great-grandchild Lydia Wright. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Cora Wright, and a brother, Donald Eugene Wright. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
