Dear LaFever Family,
Please accept my sympathy in this hard time. Ron was one of a kind. There was only one mould and if it wasn't broken it hasn't been used very often. He would amaze you with his talent in one moment and have you laughing at a silly joke the next. I knew Ron as a model railroader and I never found him unwilling to help or answer a question no matter how insignificant it might have been to him. Even in his last days he brought laughter to those who were there. He would stop in mid sentence, stare at the wall.... And then say, "Aw hell I forgot." We'd laugh, he'd laugh, and we would all move on. He will be missed because he rubbed off on all of us.
