Obituary of Estelle Crain Parker

Estelle Crain Parker, age 95, of Pittsburg, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2014 in Pittsburg. Mrs. Parker was born November 25, 1919 in Titus County, Texas to William Lee and Nina Smith Crain. Estelle and her late husband William Russell Parker were the owners of Parker Furniture and Appliance in Pittsburg, and was a were longtime members of the Pittsburg First Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter Linda Grundish and husband David, 7 grandchildren; Dr. Mike and Ann McCrady, Dr. Bob and Julie McCrady, Tom McCrady, Liz and Bobby Goodman, Tinkie Williams, Keith and Anna Sewell, and Paul and Laurie Sewell, as well as 13 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Russell Parker, three daughters; Mary Ann Parker, Hedy Rhea and Tonnie Pilbro. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg, with Brother Steve Packer. Visitation with the family will be held from 10 to 11:00 AM prior to the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Cypress Basin Hospice.
