I was heart broken to hear about Richard’s passing. At one time I was driving home from work at 11:00 pm, had a flat and just pulled over crying as I had no idea what to do. Richard was a constable at the time and made a last drive on hwy 11, saw me a stranded lady, turned around and changed my flat, said that was what he always did in case a lady was stranded on the hwy. great friend from the past, always bring smiles to all who knew him.
