Obituary of Lucas Netro-Gutierrez

Funeral service for Lucas Netro-Gutierrez, 53, of Pittsburg, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pittsburg.  Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  He passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Netro-Gutierrez was born October 18, 1965 in Canadude pastores, Cardenas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  He worked in the processing plant for Pilgrim’s Pride and was a member of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his wife, Ansencia Castro de Netro; son, Lucas Netro, Jr.; daughters, Laura Karina Ponce, Mayra Garcia, Mary Ornelas and Melissa Netro; brothers, Jesus Netro, Facundo Netro and Manuel Netro; sisters, Lucina Ruiz Netro; ten grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Lucas Netro, Jr., Jesus Netro, Manuel Netro, David Ornelas, Eduardo Ponce and Estevan Netro.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 22, 2019 to 12:00 noon, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Pittsburg Civic Center, 453 Rusk Street, Pittsburg, Texas.
