Obituary of Oris Dale Langford

Mr. Oris Dale Langford of Katy, Texas age 75 passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Katy, Texas. Mr. Langford was born November 8, 1943 in Dallas, Texas to Oris Langford and Mary Willis Clemens.

Mr. Langford was a Mechanical Engineer at Texas Instruments in Dallas and was a personnel manager for Halliburton in Houston. He loved the Lord, Jesus Christ and his precious family and was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Langford is survived by his wife Joanne Acker Langford of Katy, Texas, son Michael Langford and wife Christine of Kilgore, Texas, daughters, Cathy Martinez and husband Ruben of Katy, Texas and Lisa Langford of Katy, Texas, grandchildren, Justin, Brian, Jonathan, Jacob, Megan, Adelyn, and Jocelyn, brothers, Mickey Langford and wife Gloria of Pittsburg, Texas, Thomas Clemens and wife Debbie of Tyler, Texas, and David Clemens of Pittsburg, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Febuary 2, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Macedonia Baptist Church in Pittsburg, Texas with burial to follow in Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church beginning at 10:00 A.M.
