Obituary of Leona Rozell

Mrs. Leona Rozell, 87, of Pittsburg, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 in Mt. Pleasant. She was born May 18, 1931 to Homer and Elsie Coombes Brenner in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas.

Mrs. Rozell and J.C. Rozell were married on June 13, 1954 and had been married sixty four years.

Mrs. Rozell was a member of Pittsburg Church of the Nazarene for 55 years where she served as Missionary President, Sunday School Superintendent, and Church Board Secretary.

She is survived by her husband, J. C. Rozell of Pittsburg; daughters, Trudi Parker and husband Tim of Pittsburg, Kelly Crandall and husband Stan of Mt. Pleasant, and Kristine Dugosh and husband James of Pittsburg; grandchildren, Amy Stubblefield and husband Dorey, Matthew Parker and wife Megan, Cassie Pearson and husband Aaron, Phillip Crandall and wife Annie, Danny Crandall and wife Gabby, Amanda Cockrell and husband Cody, Luke Dugosh and Kristopher Dugosh, twenty one great grandchildren, one brother, and five sisters.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday August 28, 2018 at Pittsburg Church of the Nazarene in Pittsburg with burial at Bethel Cemetery in Franklin County. Family will recieve friends Monday, August 27, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
