Obituary of Frank LeRoy Duke

Frank LeRoy “Roy” Duke, 68, of Pittsburg was born May 30, 1950 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to Frank and Dorothy Duke and passed away in Pittsburg on August 20, 2018.

He was a truck driver, member of Princedale Country Club and Golf Association

He is survived by a significant other, Shelley Day of Pittsburg, Texas; his daughters; Gena Duke Trammell of Joaquin, Texas, Patti Duke Meyer of Carthage, Texas, Donna Little of Mesa, Arizona, and Stephanie Allen of Ardmore, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Frank Kimball Duke of Pittsburg, Texas; sisters, Rheba Ross of Nash, Texas and Susan Davis of Pittsburg, Texas; sister-in-law, Claudia Duke of Pittsburg, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank Duke and Dorothy Peek Brandon, step-father, Claude Brandon, and his brothers Billy and George Duke.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg. Visitation with the family will be 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the funeral home. Ben Warrick will officiate the service and pallbearers will be Halsey Harrel, Scott Ensrud, Stephen Parker, Neeley Dodson, Carl Pritchett, and Greg Molloy. Honorary Pallbearers will be his fellow golfers.
