Obituary of Brian Keith Holt "Coach Holt"

Mr. Brian Keith Holt "Coach Holt" age 60, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Saturday May 19, 2018 in Mt. Pleasant. Mr. Holt was born on November 25, 1957 to Damon and Norma Little Holt in Dallas, TX.

Mr. Holt had his bachelors of education from East Texas State Univeristy in Commerce and was a retired coach and teacher from Mt. Pleasant ISD and currently worked as a  bus driver for Durham Bus Service and was of Baptist faith.

Mr. Holt is survived by his wife Twila Jordan Holt of Mt. Pleasant, sons; Jordan Holt and wife Andrea of Mt. Pleasant, and Brian Holt and wife Estebana of Mt. Pleasant, grandchildren Lilly Holt and Cashton Holt, brothers; Danny Mark Holt of Winnsboro, and Damon "Bud" Holt of Kilgore, nephews; Dusty Jordan, Brandon Jordan and Mark Holt, nieces Christy Holt and Danielle Holt,  father-in-law Jerald Jordan, and brother-in-law Norris Jordan.

Mr. Holt is preceded in death by his parents, and mother-in-law Ruth Jordan.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00AM. Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Bethel Baptist Church in Pittsburg with Bro. Chris Jones officiating and Dusty Jordan, Brandon Jordan, Antonio Razo, Jason Mayfield, Robert Marraquin, Ramon Bonilla, Mark Holt and David Jordan serving as pallbearers and Jordan Holt and Brian Holt serving as honorary pallbearers. The family will recieve friends from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Monday, May 21, 2018 at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

Donations may be made in Coach Holt's memory to the Mt. Pleasant Youth Soccer Association or the Mt. Pleasant ISD Soccer Program.
