Ann, Your spirit is with us and I feel as if I’ m talking to you face to face. When I heard you had left us I went to my piano and played an adagio from a Mozart sonata. Your friends all know that in your eyes everything we do is ‘the best’. And I felt that as I did my best to play Mozart’s exquisite music. You are one of the people on earth who actually listened when I play the piano. Thank you for that. Heaven should be full of beauty and joyful noise as you enter - Handel’s ‘Arrival of the Queen of Sheba’ no less! Your zest for life, and your personal joy in the company of your friends was infectious. I believe that your vast knowledge of plays and acting enabled you to see life for what it truly is- our brief moment on stage. Well played, thou faithful friend. Choirs of angels sing thee to thy rest!
