Obituary of Ricky Elms

Mr. Ricky Elms, 62, of Gilmer, Texas was born June 27, 1955 in Gilmer, Texas to Roland and Carmelita Stitham Elms and passed away on February 2, 2018 in Longview, Texas.

He is retired from Eastman Chemical and a member of The Church at West Mountain in Gilmer, Texas.

Mr. Elms is survived by his wife, Joni Paull Elms of Gilmer; children, Carissa Little of Dallas, Joshua Little and his wife Kathryn of Dallas, and Chip Elms of Gilmer; and 2 grandchildren, Sophia Rose Elms and Jameson Thomas Little.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Willow Oak Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas. The family will have a time of viewing at the cemetery prior to the service beginning at 1:30 PM.  Eric Trimble and Neal Thornburgh will officiate the service.
