Obituary of Nancy Marie Richards

Nancy Marie Richards, of Pittsburg, passed away Thursday morning, December 21, in Mt. Pleasant at the age of 85. Nancy was born September 17, 1932 in Garland, Texas to Albert Lee Corley and Helen Marie Merriman Corley. In 1953 she wed George Richards.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, George Richards; her four daughters: Georgann Hunt and husband David, Gretchen Trimble and husband Dr. Ted Trimble, Guylyn Peel and husband Jack, and Gina McNeal and husband Melvin. Also surviving her are her 12 grandchildren: Lara Cantu and husband Philip, Sheila Yguerabide and husband Gilbert, Walker Hunt, James Trimble, Tyler Trimble and wife Rachel, Sarah Trimble, Rebekah Strube and husband Eric, Melissa Trimble and Darren, Corley Peel, Chelsea Peel, Casey McNeal, and Lindsey McNeal; as well as 9 great-grandchildren: Mia Cantu, Tomas Cantu, Mario Trimble, Ezekiel Trimble, Isabela Gatewood, Hailey Yguerabide, Layla Marie Yguerabide, Levi Hunt, and Allison Hunt; and a brother: Wallace Corley and wife June.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Helen Corley; and a brother: Herman Corley.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg, Texas with Reverend Hill Johnson to officiate.
