Obituary of Thula Beth Folwer

Thula Beth Fowler, 90, of Gilmer, passed away Friday, November 28, at her residence in Gilmer. She was born June 20, 1924 to Lewis and Sue Moore Carroll in Latch, Texas. Mrs. Fowler and her husband, William H. "Billy" Fowler, were longtime owners of Folwer's Jewelry in Gilmer. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Fowler, in 2004. She is survived by her niece, Judy Marshall, and very close friend Sherri Seale.
