I am so very sorry for the loss of your loved one. We can always draw comfort from God’s Word the Bible. Scriptures such as Revelation 21:4 which reads, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” We have the wonderful hope of seeing our loved ones again. God promises a resurrection of loved ones and life everlasting. Psalm 37:29 reads,”The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.” I hope that these scriptures have brought you comfort.

Mr. Kennington was also good to work with when he set monuments in our cemetery which I have done maintenance work on for forty years in Upshur County. Even after he sold the monument company, he continued to sandblast death dates on a regular basis. He had several relatives buried at Rosewood Cemetery.
The Kennington family will be in my prayers.

DeAnn and Charles, I just want you to know what a very nice man I thought your Dad was. When my husband died in 1997 I knew nothing about picking out a monument. Your dad spent countless hours with me helping me design the exact design I wanted and dealing with all the changes I made. He never got upset and was so kind and patient. I was so grateful. Then he made sure the monument got set in time for the 1st Sunday in May. You was blessed to have such a caring man for a Dad.
Just want you to know I cherished my friendship with him. You will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead that the Lord will hold you close and give you comfort and peace.
