Obituary of Frances Earle Harris

Frances Harris, age 88, of Pittsburg, passed away Saturday at her home in Pittsburg. She was born October 2, 1926 to Lee and Euna Taylor Stevenson. She was the owner and operator of Surry House Inn for 15 years. She loved to cook, play 42 with friends, and spend time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Walker E. Cole and Jack O. Bowling, and a brother, Billy Stevenson. She is survivied by two sons, Bill Cole, of Pittsburg and Walker Cole, also of Pittsburg, daughter Sue Pilgrim, of Pittsburg, and three grandchildren.
