She had become dependent on the ventilator to breathe and was in the specialty nursing home in Longview. That facility received some wind damage and they transferred her down to Katy (just outside Houston) so I was able to visit her a lot more. Thank you so much for your kind message.

My condolences to the family. I had the privilege of working with Christine at Mike Benet for a number of years. She was a wonderful, loving person and I know she will be missed. May God put his loving arms around you and comfort you during this difficult time.
I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom. I remember so well you three boys playing. Band days were so much fun. Despite her handicap, she worked in the concession stand as hard as the rest of the parents. A lot of laughs. She was a good friend. I thought of her a lot and did not realize she had moved to Katy. I pray the Lord will comfort and give you a peace through this difficult time. God Bless
