I am very sorry for your loss. There are certain people in our lives that touch our hearts very deeply. The kindness and love shown to others will not be forgotten. Losing such a loved one is very difficult, but the Bible does give us comfort and hope. Scriptures such as John 5:28-29 which states, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Also, Acts 24:15 which states, "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” And Psalm 37:29 which states, "The righteous will possess the earth,And they will live forever on it." These scriptures have brought me great comfort and I hope that they have comforted you too.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Patricia for many many wonderful years at Windsor Place. She was always a ray of hope and sunshine to all she encountered. She was a loving and caring nurse and devoted nurse aide instructor. Our nurse aide program thrived and many young people learned the art of nursing and caring because of Pat. The only thing Pat loved more than her patients and students was her family. She especially, always bragged about her grandchildren. She was a comfort and true friend when my Daddy passed away 6 years ago and I loved her.I will miss her greatly.

Pat left a spark in this world by caring & loving her patients, her students, her co-workers, but most of all her family. Each one she touched knew, she was GOLDEN. Today we know she wears a crown, which was well earned in this earthly life.

My heart is full of sorrow, my tears are falling and words are difficult to come. I know your sadness, but I know you're thankful she'd not in pain. Pat was more than just a friend, she knew how I felt a sistership with her. Her laughter & smile will always be the memories I'll carry in my heart until I hug her again. God Bless & keep all of you.
