Obituary of Victor Paul Matthews

Victor Paul Matthews, age 84, of Stephenville, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 15, 2016. Mr. Matthews was born July 8, 1932 in Waco to William and Delia Matthews. Victor was a skilled electrician, and dedicated to his work. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nelda Loretta Matthews; and a daughter: Evelyn Zanette Leinan; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: William and Delia Matthews. Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg with Father Victor Hernandez officiating. Visitation will be held from 8:45 to 9:45 A.M., Tuesday at the funeral home prior to the service.
