I am very sorry for your loss. Turning to God's word, the Bible has always given me comfort. There are several scriptures in particular that have been of encouragement. John 5:28-29 states, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Also Acts 24:15 states,"There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” Psalms 37:29 states another promise that God has made us. It states, "The righteous will possess the earth,And they will live forever on it." These scriptures have brought me much hope and encouragement. I hope they have done the same for you.
