I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. I would like to share a few scriptures of comfort. God promises that we will see our loved ones again. John 5:28-29 states,"Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." Also Acts 24:15 states,"There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” I hope that these two scriptures have given you hope and comfort.

I'm so glad to know Larry was a child of God. I'm glad to know that both of you (Larry and Barbara) had found the loves of their lives, and the relationship you shared was outstanding. I'm sad for the loss you are feeling today, and sad Larry didn't get to enjoy the retirement years the way he planned. HOWEVER, because of his relationship with God, Larry is in "perfection" today, while the rest of us remain down here in this mess we call life. Find comfort in that. Find comfort in knowing Larry Reynolds was a good man, a kind man, and a gracious man. A man who cared for his wife, his children (biological or otherwise), his grandchildren, his entire family, and his friends. The celebration of Larry's life on Monday will be a time of honor for this good man. May God extend extra mercy and grace to each of you through the coming days and dark hours. Remember this verse - hold on to it strong: Psalm 30:5....His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. God will restore joy to your lives in due time. Until then, allow the family and friends you all cherish to be a comfort to you all. God bless.
