To Sandra, and all the boys and their families, sending our sympathy in your loss of your beloved dad. He was one of the hardest working man I have ever known and built the peach business up to great standards in Pittsburg. With all of your deep faith, I believe he is up there looking down right now smiling on all of you. May you all be comforted in your loss and know you are remembered at this time. Much Love, Tanya Leverett (Dorinda Sue Peek's sister).

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Efurd family. I am so sorry for your loss.
Cary John - I know how hard it is to lose a parent - and while right now your heart is broken - with time it will get better. You will have all your wonderful memories of you dad - he was wonderful man. I saw him and your mother at Peralta's a while back and had a very nice conversation with them. I will keep you in my prayers - love you bunches.

Dad and I are both so sorry to hear of Mr. Efurd passing. The past two summers we visited John Hart and Sandra they would always make us feel so welcome. John Hart and Sandra would always want us to go out to the shed to see how busy they were, visit with Greg and have ice cream. I was always amazed how many people knew both of them and would stop and talk.
It is tough to loose someone you love, you can never be prepared for that day. The support of family and friends should help you get through this. Also there is a promise Christ Jesus made that will also give us hope of seeing our loved ones again in the resurrection. John 5:28,29 tells us "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". Just imagine our loved ones awaken from sleep to live life to the full in a paradise earth where they will be free from sickness, pain, sorrow and even death will be gone forever (Isaiah 25:8; Isaiah 33:24; Matthew 5:5 and Revelation 21:3-5).
We will not be able to make it to the Funeral but we will be out to Texas later this month.
Sincerely,
Billy(BC)& Barry East

Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to each of you. We are so sorry to learn of his passing. We always loved visiting with John Hart and Sandra while buying peaches. He would pick out the ones we needed as we would be taking them back to Irving.
God Bless.
