My deepest condolences to family and friends. I am always comforted in times like these by some Bible texts. John 5:28-29 states,"Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." This is God's promise to us that we will see our loved ones again. Also, Acts 24:15 states,"There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous.” As the previous scripture, God assures us of a resurrection. I hope this has brought comfort to you as well.
