Obituary of Rosalyn Jennings

Rosalyn Jennings, age 81, passed away Sunday, January 3 at her home in Pittsburg. She was born June 23, 1934 in Upshur County to Garland and Ronalda Reed Henson. Mrs. Jennings is survived by her three sons: Garland Taylor and wife Charlotte, of Pittsburg, Ralph Taylor and wife Kristi, of Mt. Pleasant, and Harlton Taylor and wife Ginger, of Pittsburg; two daughters: Myrna Cashatt and husband Denny, of Mt. Pleasant and Karen Fennell and husband Randy, of Pittsburg; 11 grandchildren: Matthew Clifton, Magen Clifton, Chase Banks, Angela Clisch, Wayne Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Ethan Taylor, Jake Taylor, Sadie Taylor, Thomas Taylor, and Will Taylor; 10 great grandchildren: Tyler Campbell, Gabby Clifton, Mattie Clifton, Justice Clifton, Justice Clifton, Alexander Landaverde, Bryson Landaverde, Christian Bates, Nicholas Clisch, Ella Rose Clisch, and Alyssa Taylor; a brother: Dwyane Henson, of Houston; and an uncle: Joe Reed, of Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents: Garland and Ronalda Henson and her husband, William Donald Jennings. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Monday, January 4 at Erman Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 5 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lafayette Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Emmanuel Baptist Church Building Fund at 831 W. Loop 179, Pittsburg, Texas 75686.
