Obituary of Nicholas Sherwood Dunavant

Nicholas Sherwood Dunavant was born March 18, 1986 and passed away October 23, 2015 at the age of 29. He is survived by his father: Dixie & Hope Dunavant of Longview, Texas; mother: Cindy & Mike Cox of Pittsburg, Texas; brothers: Carlin Cox, Cameron Cox, Paxton Dunavant, and Maks Dunavant; sister: Tessa Cox; and his grandmother: Mickey Kimbell. Honorary Pallbearers will be Carlin Cox, Cameron Cox, Ryan Dunavant, Mitchell Matkin, Steven Prince, Noah Bellamy, Weston Griffis, Jesus Alvarez, Morgan Smith, Morris Starks, and Randy Stuard. Funeral services for Nicholas Sherwood Dunavant will be held 3:30 P.M., Monday, October 26 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg. Visitation will be from 2:30 to 3:30 prior to the service, also at Emmanuel Baptist.
